and doing it by pressure in the system over-filled it. So the air would come on and run for a bit then shut down. IIRC there is a $40 hook up charge, then the freon is $19/lb. What they do is completely evacuate the system, measure how much freon they remove and charge you for the difference that they put back to get you to full.
